Before any cleaning is carried out, open any windows that you can for ventilation, and turn on extractor fans.
When it comes to cleaning your house or office, you don't need to clean it from top to bottom but instead you should focus on the areas that are hot-spots for germs. A daily wipe down with hot soapy water followed by disinfectant containing at least 70% alcohol on these areas will definitely do the job!
Hot-spot areas for germs :
Cupboard and drawer knobs/pulls
Kitchen and bathroom counters
Toilets, especially the door handles, seat and handle
Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave handles
Remote controls and game controllers
Cell phones, tablets and other mobile devices
Computer keyboards and mice
Door knobs/handles
Table surfaces
Staircase railings
Light switches/switch plates

Don't forget to use disposable gloves if possible and if using reusable gloves, don't use them for other purposes. Always remember to wash your hands before and after you clean your home or office.
Tips for disinfecting clothes / uniforms...

Launder items with laundry soap or household detergent. Current research suggests that the SARS-Cov-2 virus cannot withstand temperatures at or above 70° (140°F) therefor using the highest temperature wash has been recommended (between 60-90° (140-194°F). However, high temperatures can damage or shrink delicate clothing, so remember to read the care labels.
In cases where one cannot wash items immediately, store them in a clean bag or hamper until they can be washed. Be sure to clean and disinfect the hamper after it has been emptied.
